An attempt to analyse body language, and capture the space and time filled by a sequence of movements.

A series of  dance-like body movements were filmed, reduced to points on the body. Then the story of these movements was narrated (speech and gestures) which was also filmed, but the speech was muted, as the words in themselves were not the focus. The story was then “traced” or “translated” onto sheets of paper.

The life-size drawings were made following the movements of the body in order to make visual the room, energy needed to convey a story.  The dialogue between various media underlined the theme of communication
